Client Relationship Consultant

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in Account Management and Client Management – someone who can deal with large contracts and has experience dealing at Director level.

This role is offering a very competitive salary, OTE earnings and progression.

The role does not permit travel however on occasion there will be a need to visit clients to carry out range reviews.

• Reporting to the Head of Business Development, responsible for the successful onboarding of new clients, working closely with the Client Relationship team to arrange branding and collateral, ensuring all accounts are properly set up with agreed products and pricing, on time and to agreed standards
• Develop bespoke product ranges for new and existing clients, striking the best balance between client requirements and commercial objectives
• Drive business growth of own client base (as determined by Head of Business Development) identify new opportunities such as cross selling, ensure commercial objectives (turnover and gross margin) are achieved
• Ensure an appropriate schedule of client meetings / calls is in place to ensure ongoing relationship management and commercial development of the account
• Ensure full preparation ahead of any client conversation including development and presentation of timely and valuable data and insight to share with the client
• Attend relevant events to network and create leads and interest in the business
• Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product by working closely with the management team and your peers
• Adherence to all KPI’s as set by the business


• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
