Client Relationship Assistant

Role Title: Client Relationship Assistant - Review team

Location: Head office, Gatwick, West Sussex

Reporting to: Client Support Director

Role overview and purpose

Working as part of our lively and friendly client review team, providing administrative support to our clients. This is an exciting, fast paced and varied role, which will include liaising with clients, Financial Planners and the rest of the team.

Key activities and tasks

  • Supporting and working closely with our Financial Planners

  • Onboarding and supporting new Financial Planners

  • Producing annual review documents

  • Trading on provider platforms and obtaining required information

  • Booking client review meetings

  • Accurate data input using 'Adviser Office’ (full training can be given)

  • Running and managing ad hoc review projects

    Required qualifications and skills

  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and 'Adviser Office’ software and fully IT literate

  • Knowledge and experience in working with provider platforms

  • Attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy are paramount

  • Ability to plan workloads and manage conflicting demands and deadlines, with a keen and flexible attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

  • Initiative to develop own ideas and projects to assist in the ongoing development of our client proposition

  • Great communication skills, highly motivated with the will to thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment and a strong team player

    Desired qualifications and skills

  • Passed at least 3 financial planning exams

  • Experienced administrator

  • Knowledge of 'Volume’

  • Knowledge of 'Voyant’

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services

    Salary and benefits

  • Base salary up to £28,000 commensurate with education and experience
  • 20 days holiday per annum plus public holidays. Plus an additional day for every completed year - up to 5 years
  • 3% non contributory pension scheme subject to auto enrolment rules

  • 4 times salary death in service

  • Income protection cover - to give you an income in the event of you being unable to work due to illness or injury

  • Private medical insurance for you - with the option to add family members (at your cost)
