Our client is a subsidiary of an international financial services and IT outsourcing organisation and they offer a range of solutions to thousands of clients worldwide.
Their offices based near Bromley in Kent offer a range of solutions to clients and due to expansion and a number of internal promotions within their customer services depatment they are recruiting for a Client Relationship Administrator for their Client Communications division.
As Client Relationship Administrator you will be working as part of a team and you will have a portfolio of clients for whom you will be the first point of contact for any information or reports they request regarding their client account.
As Client Relationship Administrator you will need excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing and excellent time plannng and time management skills as you may be liaising with several key contacts across your portfolio of clients simultaneously. You will need to be able to work within a pressurised environment at times and whilst it is a very relaxed department with lots of management and team support you will need to be able to work to strict timescales and deadlines regarding reporting of requested information and reports.
The Client Relationship Administrator is responsible for providing the highest level of service to clients and requires excellent communication skills, time planning and time management skills. You will need to be able to work under pressure at times and to strict deadlines and be able to work on a number of projects and tasks simultaneously. In addition the Client Relationship Administrator will need to demonstrate thorough administration skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail and intermediate to advanced Excel. Ideally you will be educated to A Level with 2+ years relevant work experience or be a recent graduate with strong customer and client focused skills.
