About the role:
The Client Project Manager will be primarily responsible for managing and coordinating our development programmes and online assessments. Project planning, tracking programmes for new/existing clients and acting as first point of contact will be part of your day to day responsibilities, as well as building great relationships with clients.
Responding to and troubleshooting queries from assessment participants
Attending client meetings both alone and alongside the Account Director
Liaising with senior clients and building professional relationships
Organising and managing client events including operating interactive polling technology
Creating / updating materials to support training, delivery and business development
Managing online projects from start to finish, liaising throughout with colleagues, developers and clients
Implementing and assisting in the improvement of processes
Supporting the management of the consultants booking system
Managing project finances - forecasting and tracking project costs and generating accurate and timely invoices
