Due to continuing strategic growth within our Medical Devices business, we currently have 3 newly created exciting opportunities as Client Operations Managers.
In this role you’ll be integral to the Medical Devices specialist’s teams who deliver critical work to leading edge medical devices companies and will be the key point of contact to these companies. As these are new roles we’re looking for you to bring your previous project management skills in helping to define and shape how these operate meaning you can really make this your own and delivery a high level of impact.
This role is based in our EMEA head office in Milton Keynes and the base of our Global Medical Device business stream.
As a Client Operations Manager you’ll effectively manage multiple projects/clients across a medical devices technology group and project manage incoming sales opportunities from existing clients.
You’ll be driving the project completion, financials, critical success factors and customer satisfaction and will co-ordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of projects with the Medical Device Operations team.
Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager and working closely with key stakeholders namely the Technical delivery teams, Finance and Commercial, this role will require a clear understanding of project management and sales experience in the medical devices or life sciences industry.About BSI

To be a successful Client Operations Manager you’ll demonstrate proven project management skills and have a strong understanding of project management in the medical devices, life sciences, or at least the certification industry.
Within this role you’ll be the first point of contact for our client’s and a commercial basis so customer focus is vital as long with experience in dealing with clients and key external and internal stakeholders. Some sales experience would be beneficial, especially in the field of quotations and package offering to clients.
You’ll show an awareness of the commercial and regulatory environment in which BSI operates and knowledge of the European Regulatory systems.
In addition you’ll also hold a BSc (or equivalent qualification) in a discipline relevant to medical device / life sciences.
