Reed financial services are currently working with an independent IFA based in the heart of the City with stunning offices overlooking the London skyline.

Due to rapid growth they are looking for a dynamic client manager to provide full support to their team of Chartered Advisors.

Duties

Managing Adviser diaries
1st point of Contact for clients via telephone, email or letter
Dealing with all day to day administration
Preparing annual review files
Preparing adhoc review meetings, CashCalc etc
Preparing New Business files
Main checker of Annual Review + New Business submissions
Scanning submitted files
Dealing with ongoing tasks
Writing Continued Suitability Reports
Completing New Business and Annual Review submission forms

Qualifications and Skills

Financial services experience within an IFA environment is essential
Preferred to have at least one RO exam completed with plans to complete Level 4 Experience of investment and insurance platforms
Ability to work on own initiative
Confident telephone presence and communication skills i.e. both verbal and written, with Clients
