The right candidate will be ACCA/ACA Qualified with some audit experience with 3 years’ experience of working in a managerial role. There will be a well-defined route to Equity Partner status.

Do you have a broad technical skillset?
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing the workflow within the accountancy practice
- Assisting in building up a new and existing client base
- Leading and managing audits
- Overseeing the provision of Accounting and Tax services to an SME portfolio
- Assessing the training and development needs of more junior members of staff
- Managing a team of fully qualified or part qualified accountants
The successful candidate will soon be expected to progress to associate director and partner beyond that, with a realistic route to equity of between 3 to 5 years. This will see you working alongside ambitious and entrepreneurial directors from the outset and benefit from tailored support and development programmes to achieve your goals.
