Client Liaison/ Marketing Manager

Salary £22,000 - £30,000pa depending on experience. This is a full-time position offering up to 25 days’ holiday and pension after probationary period

Purpose of the Role

  • To 'sell’ financial services by building and managing relationships with Clients, Introducers and strategic partners;
  • To manage lead generation;
  • To manage ongoing liaison with Clients;
  • To work as part of a team, actively contributing to the generation of new business and excellent relationships with clients.

Day to Day Work

  • Liaise with Principal to formulate marketing strategy;
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients over the telephone, liaising with the Principal, Client Relationship Managers and PA;
  • Process leads generated in accordance with internal procedures;
  • Coordinate and organise client and marketing events;
  • Ensure all strategic partnership events are followed up;
  • Manage websites and client access to website;
  • Manage mailings to clients;
  • Keep in regular contact with introducers;
  • Input into CRM system and assist with valuations and report generation as required;
  • 'Meet and Greet’ clients as required, liaising with the Principal’s PA;
  • Manage inboxes and dissemination of information;
  • Answer telephone;
  • Assist with general office administration as required.

Role Requirements

  • Experience of working in a small business;
  • Business (and profit) oriented;
  • A confident and strong communicator, with excellent inter-personal skills;
  • Demonstrates immediate gravitas, impact and credibility;
  • Experience of telephone sales/telephone account management;
  • Proven track record of developing relationships;
  • A driven, competitive individual;
  • Team player, yet willing to work independently, a self-starter who gets on with the job;
  • 'Can do’ attitude, prepared to 'muck-in’ as required;
  • Well-organised and systems oriented;
  • Computer literate and capable of handling CRM software (with training).
