My fantastic client based in Cheltenham are currently recruiting for a Client Growth Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The client is a Credit Control Outsourcing Specialist with a wealth of clients under their belt and are now looking for a candidate to improve processes with existing clients.
The successful candidate will ideally have a Business Development or Account Management background and not be afraid to maximise new opportunities with existing clients.
-Drive and maximise opportunities for the placement of new business from the existing client base
-Devise, implement and control the appropriate communications strategy to achieve commercial objectives identified when the Client is introduced and contracts
-Identify multiple strategic opportunities present in Clients being introduced to, and subsequently contacting
-Identify actions required from commercial opportunities identified that fall outside the BDM’s scope to influence and to present these together with recommended actions to the Business Development Director so that they can be exploited.
-Devise and control the most effective execution of the services that have been engaged to provide through effective management of the collection resources available
-Establish and build rapport with clients; liaising with on a regular basis (as agreed with Collections Manager) to ensure effective communication from all levels.
-Strong background within either Business Development or Account Management
-Ability to build relationships
-Excellent organisation skills
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Hours- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
