We are working with a leading certification body that are looking to recruit for an experienced Client Executive to join their team. This is a hands- on- position and a role which will provide professional support to both internal departments and clients.
The role will require a wide variety of skills and experience including technical, administration and excellent customer service skills to support and develop the client base.
Day to duties will involve:
To organise and drive the day to day management of your clients ensuring both the customers and company’s requirements are met.
To complete annual reviews for clients including face to face meetings to ensure accurate client management, encouraging feedback to form a basis for areas of development
To ensure a first class customer service is delivered at all times, this will be measured through customer feedback, attrition levels and retention
Technically reviewing client audit reports and performing contract reviews. Ensure compliance with relevant accreditation criteria and participating in internal and external audits as required
To research policy and legislative developments and preparing briefing notes as appropriate.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous knowledge and understanding of the principles of auditing or compliance environment
Previous Account management experience
The ability to work to deadlines
Excellent communication skills
The ability to prioritise and manage their workload
A highly positive and motivated attitude
