The Role?

As a Business Development Manager, you will be working closely with the Sales team in order to win new business, predominantly with agencies - within their SaaS industry there is an almost infinite business development catchment so plenty of opportunity to earn!

You will be the initial point of contact with all new business and open relationships with some of the best firms out there - they already work with several FTSE 250 companies!

Success in the role will enable you to progress up the ladder quickly - realistically, ambitious individuals in this role can be promoted within 18 months - and that is backed up by a great commission structure as well as increases in your basic wage with promotions.

Who you are?

Hungry, success-driven and target orientated recruiter who ideally has experience within 360 recruitment (contract recruitment preferred). 12 months+ 360 experience required for this role.

Personality is a must! You must be able to handle reservations and get the best out of your clients /potential clients.

What’s on offer?

Competitive base salary, £22-27K DOE, plus attractive commission structure. You should take home between £50-70K in your first year.

Monthly and Quarterly commission targets, increasing your earning potential and keeping you motivated with generous incentives!
