Customer Engagement Executive
Salary: £28,000
Contract type: Permanent
Hours a week: 37.5
Location: Croydon, CR2 6PL


We are seeking a dedicated Client Engagement Executive to serve as the primary point of contact throughout our customers' journeys. In this role, you will understand the customers' needs and work to enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards at all times
  • Resolve any issues and complaints from clients using intuition and problem-solving skills
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling products and services to customers
  • Consistently work to company and legal standards when processing documentation
  • Handle all administrative enquiries professionally and promptly, ensuring all documentation is accurately checked before processing
About You:
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and share best practices
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Customer-centric, able to create a great customer experience and build rapport with customers
