Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience
Contract: Full time and permanent

What the role looks like:

As a Client Development Executive for REED you will be part of the Client Development Team who are responsible for the development and retention of Reed’s largest corporate client agreements.

You will work across Reed Specialist Recruitment, providing support for internal and external individuals in the compliant delivery to Reed’s public sector framework agreements. You will support the Client Development Manager in monitoring performance across frameworks and ensuring governance to our contractual terms. You will also work closely with the Public Sector Business Development team to develop positive and beneficial relationships with external framework stakeholders. The role will support on framework tenders, implementation and marketing in order to maximise opportunities to be gained from our position on the frameworks.

This is a highly analytical role and will require the ability to interpret data in addition to excellent organisation and communication skills. There will also be the opportunity to support and drive new business opportunities and therefore an interest in this area would be beneficial.

Who makes a good Client Development Executive for REED?

We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, experience of analysing and interpreting data and also experience of working with clients and internal departments. If you have also gained experience within a recruitment and/or high compliance environment and/or experience in public sector or with complex or framework agreements, then this would be highly desirable but not essential.

You will need to have good IT proficiency skills especially in Excel, Word and Powerpoint, strong written and verbal communication skills, be confident in communicating with a variety of stakeholders, have the ability to analyse data and be a reliable point of contact both internally and externally.
