Client Database Administrator

A fantastic new role has arisen in a law firm for a Client Database Administrator to join a small team in a large firm. This is a great role for an individual that has strong people skills and a good admin ability. You will be responsible for inputting and maintaining data into the firm’s huge database. You will be tasked with making sure all of the client information is up-to-date at all times, along with delivering an extremely high level of service at all times.

You will be liaising with the firm’s secretaries and other support staff in maintaining and meeting the individual client’s needs. A great team player is needed here, and your communication skills MUST be top notch. A great telephone manner is welcomed, along with the immaculate spelling and grammar. To be successful you must also have a high level of computer skills.

This is a great role for a candidate looking for a junior/entry-level position, as full training will be provided. If you have recently finished your college course or A Levels, or just graduated from university and are keen to enter the legal profession in a client facing role - then do get in touch!
