Client Communications Analyst

Role Summary
The role of the Client Communications Analyst is to provide globally accessible analysis and reporting communications for the firm's multiple client bases. This role reports to the Manager, Investment Communications and includes a range of key tasks essential to reporting and communications in the European business. The Client Communications Analyst will sit in a small team of investment communications specialists and will provide day-to-day exposure to both the institutional and retail businesses.

The responsibilities of the individual in this position include:

Investment Commentaries

*Produce coherent, concise investment commentaries on a range of asset classes.
*This will involve analysing complex data, liaising closely with the Portfolio Managers and Analysts in the Investment Division and keeping up to date with news of what is happening in the markets and funds.


*Write for the following scheduled collateral: Monthly and Quarterly Fund reports, Market Commentaries, Interim Audit reports, Fund and Client Profile reports, Client Presentation slides and Fund change communications.

Content Writing

*Contribute to other regular investment content relating to the asset class that is included in the client's regular or ad hoc investment communications and write ad hoc pieces about markets and other significant events on request.

Stakeholder engagement

*Assist in building & maintaining strong relationships with key external stakeholders in the Investment Division, sales and marketing professionals and client service teams

The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experiences including the following:

*Good investment writing and editing skills or proven financial journalistic skills.
*Excellent command of the English language.
*Knowledge of financial markets investment funds and financial products.
*Clarity in communication and ability to articulate clearly to non-technical audiences.
*Close attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex information to support written statements.
*Good time management with the ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
