Client Co-Ordinator

Our Client are a world leader in what they do and they are looking for a Client Co-Ordinator to join their expanding and friendly team.

The Role

  • Answering customer calls/email’s and enquiries
  • Co-ordinate breakdowns and service calls
  • To allocate daily work loads to engineers
  • Answering general enquiries
  • General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required

The Candidate

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great telephone manner
  • Customer and team focused
