My client, a growing insurance company in Cheadle are currently seeking a client care advisor to join their injury management team.
You will be responsible for the entire customer experience including discussing any initial aches and pains, arranging medical appointments and scheduling physio where required.
We are looking for customer service experienced candidates with a good track record and experience of working to targets. We are not specifically targeting people with experience of dealing with personal injury claims as full training will be given, although this would be advantageous.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm week 1, 9am-6pm week 2, with one Saturday morning per month.
Salary will be £16,000 + bonuses up to £400 per month.
