We are a professional training provider with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. We have an opportunity to join our client care team and would love to hear from like minded individuals. Our office is based in Worsley and we can offer a small and friendly working environment. Our clients are within the professional services sector including lawyers, accountants and surveyors and we very keen to hear from anyone with client care experience gained within this sector.

Key Duties &Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming phone enquiries

  • Processing client bookings with both efficiency and accuracy

  • Ensuring booking systems are accurately updated

  • Responding to client queries via telephone and email in a timely manner

  • Assisting with complaint resolution

  • Liaising with venues and speakers/trainers

  • Contacting delegates where course cancellations and amendments are required

  • General day to day office duties

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Professional and courteous telephone manner

  • Strong organisational skills with ability to multi task

  • Team player

  • Excellent written communication skills with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent IT skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a client care team, preferably gained in a professional services environment
