Meraki is working with an established Investment firm based in the City. Our client is looking for a Client Administrator with proven experience within Financial Services.
You will have a strong understanding of compliance and regulations within FS, and experience with AML processes.
This role is part-time, working 28 hours (4 days per week). Offering 1-day WFH per week. The successful candidate must have a reason for wanting part-time, as this is a permanent role.
Client Administrator Responsibilities:
Opening client accounts whilst adhering to AML regulations
Provide admin support for portfolio transfers
Updating client information on the system
Obtain and review CGT (Capital Gains Tax) information
Process account closures
Prepare, manage and file client correspondence and records
Handle incoming calls promptly, taking accurate messages and presenting a good image of the company
Administration support such as reception cover and helping set up for meetings
Essential Skills/Knowledge:
Proven experience within a client-facing administrative role within Financial Services
Understanding of regulations and compliance within FS
Excellent attention to detail
Written and verbal communication skills
