A dynamic and vastly interesting business are currently seeking a hard-working and intelligent individual to join the business on an immediate temporary need. This role will sit within the Operations team and will oversee the management of day-to-day relationships with customers from start to finish.
As the Client Support Administrator, you will be managing calls from international offices and clients, managing all support questions and data accuracy concerns. You will also be managing the Support inbox, utilising the CRM system, maintaining detailed documentation and updating projects. Alongside these tasks, you will be responsible for the general development and maintenance of client and partner relationships.
As the ideal candidate, you must exercise good judgement and a strong attention to detail and accuracy. You must be cooperative and flexible, and possess a strong ability to multitask. You must show a positive customer service attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond.
Due to the location of the office in South Birmingham, own transportation is necessary.
