Summary of the responsibilities;
- Keeping in regular contact with clients to ensure there is good rapport and any issues are identified and resolved pro-actively
- Primarily outbound contact but all existing clients
- Identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue through effective questioning
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships
The business have plans to further expand their Manchester operations and there is progression potential for a candidate who is ambitious.
