We are working with an international software company who are looking to hire a Renewals Specialist to work in their Manchester city centre offices. The business have an excellent reputation in their market and lead the industry with their innovative software packages.

Summary of the responsibilities;

  • Keeping in regular contact with clients to ensure there is good rapport and any issues are identified and resolved pro-actively
  • Primarily outbound contact but all existing clients
  • Identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue through effective questioning
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships

The business have plans to further expand their Manchester operations and there is progression potential for a candidate who is ambitious.
