Great opportunity has arisen to join a growing company as a Client Account Manager

Based on the outskirts of Colchester

Job purpose:

Responsible for managing their own client accounts ensuring client portfolios are managed efficiently and professionally. The client account manager is required to build and maintain good client relationships working directly with contractors and insurance companies, keeping the clients fully informed by entering live data to an internal database.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Use of a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, internal database systems, external client and service provider portals

Establish client requirements

Collate and organise client portfolios

Review and monitor all documentation for validity and compliance including LOLER inspection reports, service and callout reports, quotations and invoices

Check all communications are correct and working efficiently

Log and track jobs on behalf of the client, responding to and following up enquiries by telephone, email and post

Prepare and issue reports to clients and contractors and assess performance

Attend training & team meetings to develop relevant knowledge and skills

Provide support to other team members where required .

You must have

Excellent customer service experience
Good IT skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Team Player
Willing and Flexible

Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Health Plan
