Client Account Manager -The Role:

  • Sell the complete portfolio to key corporate clients
  • Development and manage client development plans
  • Identify, prospect and develop new client business (new or existing client portfolio)
  • Produce highly customer focused proposals and presentations
  • Promote on-site and Solutions business in the UK and internationally
  • Organise and conduct well qualified meetings with key decision makers as necessary
  • Produce & maintain account plans that set out a strategy for achieving revenue and margin growth
  • Production, presentation and management of sales forecasts
  • Support and guide the client services support team
  • Contribute to Learning Tree's quest for continuous improvement of its quality and communications

Client Account Manager -The Candidate:

  • Ability to develop and work to an agreed business plan
  • Minimum of 5 successful years winning and managing client revenue within business services
  • Confident, highly presentable and a strong communicator
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain mutually beneficial client relationships
  • Self-motivated
  • Team orientated
  • Target & success driven
