Position Overview
Our Consultants & Account Managers drive our client led relationships, activity and fee generation. They also support other Consultants in finding amazing candidates for their roles. Working within teams, each Consultant has individual targets to deliver. We operate an autonomous working environment and expect an innovative and solution approach. Consultants focus on new business, managing existing client relationships and the Recruitment process. Everything they do will reflect the values that have made JITR a best small workplace in the UK and in particular reflect our Excellence in Leadership award.

Responsibilities
·Weekly contact with all client contacts within the business to ensure complete hiring visibility.
·Setup and arrange for quarterly meeting between Client contact and JITR.
·Develop new relationships within each of the accounts led.
·Role ownership and process management for all roles within the 1st to 3rd line engineering opportunities.
·Recruitment 1st Steps coordination (Advert, Mailshot etc.)
·Job qualification to ensure that the roles are fillable and fully assessed to generate a positive outcome.
·Working closely with Rae on resourcing all live vacancies.
·Prioritise active job requirements to make sure complete role coverage.
·Ensure 3 CV's against each job from 48 hours post job intake meeting through to successful placement.
·Maintain total visibility on all resourcing and candidate process throughout application and job lifecycle.
·Ensure that all contractors have complete documentation and are fully compliant.
·Ensure that all active contractors (placed) receive weekly calls and status updates.
·Follow up with all contractors weekly on timesheets to ensure minimal delay with payments and invoicing.
