Client Account Manager / Customer Executive

This company is one of the UK's most trusted online advertisers dealing with clients across multiple industry sectors across the UK.

They are now looking for highly motivated experienced Business Development Managers to join their team that can work autonomously with assigned client accounts to increase profitability and sell their products and services effectively to potential clients within the UK

The Role

Working in this versatile position we require a personality driven approach to maximise each of the existing accounts that are assigned to you. Your responsibilities and primary purpose as Business Development Managers;

  • Develop long term profitable relationships with all clients
  • Proactively engage with existing clients and pitch to major billing accounts
  • Pitching to senior managers including HR Managers, Directors and Consultants with confidence
  • Providing Pricing and Quotations upon request and within guidelines
  • Independent management of pipelines reporting directly to Business Directors with weekly and monthly forecasts
  • Account manage existing account base seeking opportunities to upsell and renew long term agreements
  • Be able to meet clients and advise on the best packages to suit their long term needs

Core Competencies

  • Technological competency in using multiple IT systems and maintenance of CRM's
  • Good Knowledge of the Online Advertising Industry (Print, Digital, Recruitment)
  • Confidence in building relationship using intensive interpersonal skills with a positive mind set
  • A desire to work within a team driven environment in the heart of Shoreditch (we're not a call centre or corporate environment) your personality is a big deal
  • Be driven, highly ambitious with a profound ability to ensure clients expectations are delivered
  • Good negotiation, presentation and working with your own initiative
  • Extensive interpersonal skills with a positive mind set

Benefits:

  • £25,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience) + commission OTE's up to £60k per annum
