Client Account Manager - The Role:

  • Identify and closing opportunities for a wide range of technology solutions as well as managed services
  • Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts and identify new potential customers
  • Sales related administration (quotes/tenders/bids etc)
  • Actively engage in training and development opportunities offered by vendors and distributors alongside internal training programmes.
  • Provide accurate reporting (forecasting, pipeline etc.)

Client Account Manager - The Candidate:

  • You should be able to work with in a structured working environment
  • You must have a confident and professional telephone manner
  • You should have the ability to demonstrate active listening
  • You will have a determined and tenacious approach
  • From a proactive telesales, internal sales, internal account manager or telemarketing background, your personality will be confident and motivated
  • You must have the ability to work independently and be able to consistently achieve set targets/results
