Client Account Executive

Are you experienced in corporate account management within a commercial environment? Are you looking for a new company to help you progress in your career? Our client is currently looking for someone to join their team on a permanent basis.

Based in the heart Canary Wharf, our clients modern, sky rise office offers panoramic views of London! Only a few steps from the door and you will be surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops, creating an exciting and bustling atmosphere.

What will you be doing?

As Client Account Executive you will manage client corporate accounts, manage daily Client relatinships, arrange and attend quarterly review meetings, act as a trusted point of escalation for queries and concerns, monitor client relationship and communication internally, work collaboratively with external bodies, workclosely with the accounts team regarding client statements, programme manage programmes, deletae management and general acoount maintenance.

About you?

You will be an experienced Client Manager, who is used to dealing with high volumes of client quires via telephone and email. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience or 3 years clieservices or account management and ability to demonstrate strong client relationship skills.
  • Experience of managing a range of different clients simultaneously.
  • Good working knowledge of a range of IT systems.
  • Excepional communication skills.
  • Professionalism and consistency.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates concern over client perceptions.
  • Ability to work in fast paced demanding environment.
