Hours Mon- Thurs 9am - 6pm, Friday 9am-5.30pm,
Start: ASAP

Burch recruitment has been instructed by a multi branched leading agent to find an
experienced client account administrator for their prime central London office.


• Check that new tenancies entered onto the system have been added correctly and
in line with the terms of agreement, including checking commission calculations
• Following up on outstanding or inconsistent information
• Check information for non-resident landlords
• Deal with general day to day accounts office queries including:
• Updating landlord / tenant / tenancy details
• Verifying new bank account details with landlords
• Assisting branches (UK and overseas) with queries such as confirming if funds
have been received
• Checking position on outstanding rents
• Providing information to landlords and tenants
• Providing copy statements and annual accounts summaries to landlords
• Answering telephone call enquiries
• Providing backup support to other colleagues in the team
