More about your role
Working as part of Planned Investment Team you will be responsible for delivery of the Group's Asset Investment Programme; providing effective project, programme and contract management services relating to the Affordable Housing stock
You will be responsible for independent checking of deliverables across all workstreams to ensure that a consistently high standard of quality control, building safety, and supervision, and compliance with Specifications is maintained on an allocated workload of projects. Focussing on management and reporting of the key legislative gateway stages as detailed within the Building Safety Bill, in relation to investment refurbishment & new build works.
We have three roles covering three differing geographies – North East and Scotland. North West and Central England. South of England – ideal you will be based in one of these locations or be willing to travel to visit properties/schemes in your area.

More about you
You have a strong, all-round background in repairs maintenance and quality control, with a knowledge of building construction. You will require a good understanding of the CDM regulations and be NEBOSH certified.
Ideally you will have a working knowledge of Building Safety Bill and have previous experience of major modernisation and repair programs. Ability to work with multi-disciplinary and technical teams including consultants and contractors would also be advantageous.
Due to the amount of travel required you will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
