£17,460 - £19,470 PRO RATA

FIXED TERM FOR 1 YEAR

DUE TO SERVICE REDESIGN

We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative and clerical support within Out Patient Department at Victoria Integrated Care Centre. In addition you will be expected to provide administration support to the Physiotherapy Department and will be based within the Physiotherapy Department on a Friday. You will be the first point of contact for patients attending for appointments. The role will involve booking appointments in addition to general reception and administrative duties.

This is a part time post of 22.5 hrs worked over 5 days. Hours of work may vary to suit the needs of the service.

Applicants must have 3 Standard Grades one of which must be English and be in possession of a typing qualification equivalent to RSA1.

You should have excellent keyboard, audio and IT skills as well as a knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

Previous experience of working within an office environment is essential.

Previous NHS experience desirable.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills, polite telephone manner and be able to prioritise workload working as part of a team.
