To provide an efficient and effective administrative support to department personnel and assist in overall budget monitoring. Process purchase orders of suppliers and services, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, availability of budget and exercising the principles of best value thus ensuring an effective service is provided.
What you’ll Need
The successful candidates for this role will have previous experience in an administrative role with the ability to work in a busy office. They will have excellent customer service and communication skills. Be IT literate.
What you’ll get in Return
Working full time on a temporary basis, this opportunity pays £10.47ph. No Shifts.
