An opportunity has arisen for flexible and enthusiastic individuas to work within Health Records at University Hospital Crosshouse. Duties include the maintenance and filing of patients confidential records recording patient related data admissions and booking out-patient appointments using the computerised Patient Management System. You will also be required to provide reception service answering telephones and relay messages

You should possess an SVQ Level II in Administration or equivalent qualification or experience and have the ability to work flexibly in order to meet service demands. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this post.

Post 2: average 16 hours per week - shift rotation
Week 1: Tuesday and Wednesday 9.30pm - 9.30am
Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday 9.30pm - 9.00am
Week 3: Thursday and Friday 9.30pm - 9.00am
Week 4: Friday and Saturday 9.30pm - 9.00am
Week 5: Saturday and Sunday 9.30pm - 9.00am
Week 6: Sunday 9.30pm - 9.00am
Week 7: Days Off
Week 8: Monday and Tuesday 8.45am - 5.00pm
Week 9: Thursday and Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm
Week 10: Monday and Tuesday 8.45am - 5.00pm
Week 11: Thursday and Friday 8.45am - 5.00pm
Week 12: Monday 9.30pm - 9.00am
