A large Primary School are looking to recruit a hardworking, passionate and committed teaching assistant to join their successful Key Stage Two team. You will be working in a Year 4 class supporting pupils who are not reaching expected targets and grades. The right candidate for this role will be compassionate and engaging yet still can create stimulating learning environments for pupils. The school are looking for a candidate who is confident and a proven track record delivering excellent literacy and numeracy intervention and booster sessions. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within an education setting and preferably looking to become a teacher in the future. You will be supported by an experienced Year 4 class teacher who has over 4 years' experience working in Primary Schools so will be a fantastic role model for future teachers.

If your application is successful, you will be a part of a fantastic Key Stage Two team who work excellently together. The Key Stage Two team work together to plan and prepare lessons and have weekly meetings to ensure all children are learning the same and reaching targets. The school is very inclusive and cares for children from several different ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
All Teaching Assistant report to the schools Inclusion Manager who holds weekly meetings and termly team building and CPD sessions for staff.
Requirements for the Role:
Previous experience working in an educational setting is essential for this role. Good Literacy, Numeracy, Reading and Writing skills are crucial to be considered for this role.
Rate of Pay and Working hours:
£70 - £80 per day depending on experience, working hours of 08.30am - 16:00pm
You must have recent and a minimum of six months experience working in primary schools. This experience must be relative to this role. If you do not have this experience we unfortunately will not be able to continue with your application
