A fantastic Primary School in Chafford Hundred are looking to recruit an outstanding Class Teacher for a long term contract starting after the Summer holidays. Recent experience of the primary curriculum is essential for this position, although applications from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) will also be considered. You must be able to demonstrate good classroom management and the ability to work with young children of varying abilities.
The school are rated Good by Ofsted and provide a stimulating environment that aims to inspire and challenge it's pupils. They are looking for a proficient Teacher who is committed and always focused on ensuring the continual development of all learners. The successful candidate will create a safe and enjoyable experience for children, and strive to continually improve their own performance.

What we are looking for:
- Confidence in classroom management
- Experience in delivering the primary curriculum
- Ability to engage and inspire young people
- Drive and enthusiasm, high expectations and positive behaviour management
- Can work well as part of a team due to shared planning
- Be a fully qualified teacher (QTS) - NQT's are more than welcome
- 30 pupils in the class
- 4 form entry and shared planning across the year group
- TA in the classroom in the mornings
- Right to work in the UK
- Reference provisions in the last 2 years
- Be able to attend lesson observations and interviews with advanced notice
