Tradewind Recruitment have been asked by a growing and well respected school to assist them in recruiting a confident and personable Primary Teacher to join their welcoming team from September 2018. This is a full time position, with an offer of long term supply, temp to perm or straight to perm arrangements. Due to experienced and flexible members of staff the role could be in KS1 or KS2 (likely to be Year 2 to Year 5).

This Ofsted graded 'Good' in all areas school has been highly praised for their accelerated progress and the shared vision promoting high expectations. The good level of teaching and strength in leadership are other areas that were particularly highlighted. Staff at the school work collaboratively to share best practice and the school are extremely proud of the regular CPD on offer to staff members.

The successful class teacher will be:
Familiar and confident with the planning and delivery of lessons in line with the national curriculum
A committed and reliable teacher dedicated to the role
Consistently motivated to deliver engaging lessons on a daily basis
An excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
A positive and personable role model for their class

The school is located in Ongar, Essex, best accessible by car yet possible by public transport.

To be considered for this exciting primary teaching post you will:
Need to hold QTS or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
Have the legal right to work in the UK
