This is a great opportunity for a Class 2 HGV Driver who is looking for more than the A to B. Working with one of the leading chemical explosive manufacturers in Northern Europe, you’ll be part of the multiskilled operative team by operating the safe handling, loading and unloading of explosive materials on site.
As a Class 2 HGV Driver, you will be given the time to obtain the ADR Certificate (if you don't have it already) and also gain unique experience working with an amazing organisation within the Chemical Manufacturing sector.
What the Class 2 HGV Driver will do:
Follow strict Health and Safety guidelines at ALL times
Travel between different company sites delivering materials and equipment.
Work with blast teams onsite in the planning, preparation and the safe operation of the equipment.
Ensure equipment is maintained regularly.

What the Class 2 HGV Driver will need:
HGV Class 2 Licence - Essential
Flexibility on their start time
Self-motivation to be a team player
ADR Certificate (Desirable)
Though NOT essential, any experience of transporting hazardous materials (equipment, chemicals, explosives, oil etc.) would be highly advantageous.
