Class 1 HGV Tramper

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Class 1 HGV Driver to join our team for our Client in Widnes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting materials from customers across the country in a walking floor trailer.

Duties:
- Driver Class 1 HGV in a safe manner
- Transport and collect goods over local or long-distance routes
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving - Keep a Log of POD's
- Operate walking floor trailers

Pay and Shifts:

-Monday - Sunday - Must be able to pick up at least one overtime shift of a weekend a month

-5AM-6AM start times - Average10 hour shift

-1-5 nights out per week £25 payment per night out

-£15 Per hour Mon-Fri

-£18 Per Hour Sat&Sun

- Up to £1000+ weekly earnings!

Qualifications:
- 1+ Year Class 1 HGV CAT C+E entitlement
- Valid CPC and Tachograph Card
- Extensive knowledge of applicable HGV driving rules and regulations
- No more than 6 points for MINOR offences - None of the following can be accepted: DD,DG,IN,CD,TT.
- Good customer service skills as you will be customer facing at the point of delivery
- Able to carry out manual handling
