Claims Trainer (Motor), Kent. £Negotiable plus good benefits and discretionary bonus.
My client is a well established, growing insurance business, currently looking for an individual to join their claims operation. You'll be responsible for training claims staff across various areas of Motor Claims from First Response through to Injury Claims.
Develop, coordinate and present customised training modules in line with handlers' roles and competencies, to ensure a high quality of instruction is provided to staff with a diverse range of skill levels.
Review and provide feedback on Training material to ensure continuous improvement in line with our business philosophies and commercial strategies.
Plan, design and deliver engaging training sessions suited to the audience.
Adapt training schedules and styles to meet the operational demands of the business.
Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, working closely to ensure appropriate training is delivered.
To apply you should have:
Previous experience in a similar role, able to demonstrate a good understanding of the claims process.
Previous claims handling experience preferred.
Good grammar, vocabulary and an ability to explain complex insurance terminology.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of staff and skill levels.
An understanding of current industry standards for Customer Service, Complaints, Compliance and Claims Management.
Achieved or working towards CII qualification preferred.
