  • Achieving strong customer performance results working as a team

  • Develop and enhance customer relationships through a number of communication channels such as email and telephone
  • Help to settle claims as fairly as possible with whilst delivering a great customer experience

We are looking for someone who has/is…

  • A keen attitude towards learning new things in order to better yourself
  • GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • A professional attitude
  • The ability to achieve or exceed target
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with a tenacious mind-set
  • The capacity to manage and deal with change effectively and timely
  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
  • Customer claims handling knowledge or experience


  • 36.25 working hours per week with flexitime
