Claims Operations & MI Technician

A great opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits you will be joining a busy International claims area delivering Data, MI and insights on TPAs and the Claim Departments performance! Day to day duties will include; Reviewing monthly Bordereuxs ensuring that data is accurate and complete; Gathering or generating KPIs and MI reports for claims monitoring purposes and analysis; tracking claims payments and float amounts. You will be working closely with key claims personnel ensuring that operational and MI needs are met, understood and delivered! Ideally you have a background from the Claims Operations performance area. A knowledge of Insurance market regulations and practices coupled with good IT skills across Excel, SQL and Power BI is advantageous.
