Do you pride yourself on being able to manage a complaints process in a professional and diplomatically manner?
This role will see you being responsible for assisting with the management of the claim service, which will include taking ownership of plans aimed at limiting/mitigating claims costs, collating and analysing the claim services management information, dealing with complaints relating to products and identifying opportunities to improve service provision and service reporting.
You will be given the opportunity to use your experience of complaints handling, analysing performance MI across claims suppliers, strong communication skills and ability to respond and adapt to changing demands.
