Claims Management Consultant - Brighton - 3 Month initial contract
Transition Partners are currently supporting a Global business on the recruitment of an experienced Claims Management Consultant to ensure there is an excellent customer experience for their customers who can help accurately resolve customer queries.
This role will report into a Service Manager
- Ideally a background in Insurance or Financial Services
- Previous experience delivering excellent customer service
- Customer focussed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Take ownership of end to end resolution for all customers
- Assessing claims
- Accurately update and maintain customer records on the customer management system
- Comply with regulatory / governance
- Play a key role within the wider team
- Act as a customer service champion
You will be required to work on a shift rotation including weekends.
