Your new employers are a global company who's continued expansion and growth means they are now looking Claim Handler in their Enderby Office.
Your new role
You will provide excellent customer service to policy holders, clients and colleagues as well as being responsible for day to day claims management and general customer focus. Using great communication, both verbally and written, you will be able to communicate to customers and peers from all levels and all walks of life. Working together as part of a team, you will focus on common goals, being supportive and proactive at all times. You will ensure work is kept up to date and entered onto the mainframe claims management system, ensuring the client's philosophy, standards and service levels are adhered to. You will also ensure there is excellent communication with all contacts - internally and externally, to ensure accurate data is captured and entered into the database. Attention to detail is a must. You will also track and meet personal Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

What you'll need to succeed
You MUST have previous claims handling experience. You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, have good IT skills and accurate data entry as well as a very clear understanding of what good customer service looks like. You will be comfortable using the phone for both inbound and outbound calls and have an empathetic attitude when dealing with policy holders. You will be happy to work to targets and KPI's as well as be able to work as part of a team.
