- First point of contact for our customers reporting an accident or making a claim.
- Expertly assess facts provided.
- Manage the claim to achieve a fair outcome for our customers.
Therefore if you possess these skills;
- Strong customer service.
- Effective communication.
- Keen eye for detail.
- PC literate.
This is an entry level role. Therefore no insurance experience is necessary as we will provide you with full training and career progression opportunities, so we look forward to hearing from you!
