Claims Handler is required to deal with inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish and regularly update the consumers on the file. As Claims Handler, you will be responsible for:-

  • Maintaining claims allocated to you within the set SLA’s

  • Make cost effective decisions on all claims handled

  • Liaising with manufacturers and retailers

    As the ideal Claims Handler, you will have administration experience and organisational skills. You have proficient Microsoft office applications eg Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
