Claims Handler

We are currently recruiting for a Claims Handler for our Paignton based client. To be considered you would need to have very strong Customer Service skills, and excellent administrative ability. This is a fast-paced environment, so would suit a candidate who works well under pressure. You need to have a high level of IT competency, as you will often have to update the system whilst talking on the phone. Previous claims progression experience would be of benefit but is not essential. To be successful you will need to have the ability to prioritise tasks in an environment where priorities are ever changing. You will also need to be a team player, and have the ability to follow very specific procedure. There is a bonus of up to £175 a month on top of the salary advertised.
