Kindertons accident management, are recruiting for individuals to join one of our busiest claims team, specialising in uninsured client losses, Credit repair and Personal injury claims.

Role and Responsibilities;

You will deal with a variety of claims from both direct customers referred to kindertons, Third party insurers and our customer’s direct insurance providers.

Our uninsured loss team primarily deal with Credit repair claims, Car accidents when in a Kindertons hire vehicle and loss of earnings claims.

It will also fall to you to liaise with the customer and look to convert them to a personal injury claim, if they have sustained injuries during a car crash. Working in conjunction with our Group company - Jigsaw Law. You will be redirecting customers who wish to make a claim following a personal injury.

Other duties;

To provide a general administrative service to your management team.

To establish working relationships with your fellow team members and referrers alike.

You will need to be a strong communicator with all levels involved in the claims. From client to solicitor and internal departments. Be able to show our clients Empathy whilst dealing with a difficult situation.

You must be computer literate and have experience and an understanding of all Microsoft Suits.

We offer full training for the right candidate. Giving you valuable experience in -Customer Service, resilience and relationship building.

We are based on Marshfield Bank, with direct bus routes from both Crewe Bus station and Nantwich.

You'll start at £17,500 and rise to £17,750 once you've passed your probation.

We love to reward our staff for doing a great job! You'll shift from 1st gear to 4th with progressive salary reviews every 6 -12 months where you can move from a level 2 Handler at £18,250, Level 3 Handler at £18,800, and a level 4 Handler at £19,700! All with (OTE) on top of your basic pay.

We aren't your everyday call center, we do things a little differently here! Offering social working hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.00pm with the only 1 Saturday in 4, paid at time and half!
