Claims Handler (Household Insurance)

Salary: £25k + Benefit package

Location: Twickenham

Hours: Mon-Fri 8.45 - 17.00pm

You will already have claims handling experience, within household insurance with a good understanding of personal lines products.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a wide variety of claims from many different clients.

  • Managing predominantly home insurance claims.

  • Ensuring clients receive a high level of customer service.

  • Operate the broking system.

  • Manage key internal and external relationships.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven household claims handling background

  • Natural problem solver with the ability to meet strict deadlines.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.

  • Analytical with good problem-solving skills.

  • Confident communication skills.

  • Either CII qualified or prepared to commit to gaining the CII qualification.
