Claims Handler - Full Training Offerered

Our client is looking to recruit a Claims Handler to join their team on a permanent basis based in Brentford.

This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career within the Insurance Industry

This role is URGENT so they are looking for someone to commence ASAP.

  • Deal with Incoming calls and deal with initial claim notifications
  • Registering new claims
  • Speaking to clients regarding levels of Policy Cover
  • Weekly reporting
  • All related administration

Essential Requirements are:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ideal role for a graduate with good Administration/Customer Service experience
  • Minimum Education will need to include a good grade English GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excel to intermediate level

This position will require a Criminal records check and 5 year referencing

This is a Permanent Full-Time position Monday - Friday 09.00am - 6.00pm paying a basic salary £22,800
