This industry leading legal organisation, which prides itself on providing exceptional customer service with an attention to detail and accuracy, are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated individual to join their award winning first response team.
The successful candidate will be responsible their own caseload of clients and tasked with taking on initial client claims in relation to road traffic, personal injury and vehicle damage matters. The role provides excellent development prospects with the opportunity to progress to handling higher value and more complex cases.
The ideal candidate must be able to deliver exceptional customer service to both customers and clients, be articulate, have strong communication skills and be able to handle complex claims, as well as having the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients and third parties.
Knowledge and understanding of the principles of personal injury claims, vehicle damage, insurance and the ability to value claims is a necessity.
